Tariffs

Our prices vary from £35-£45 per person per night depending on type of room & time of year.

Bed and Breakfast including a choice of breakfasts.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations should be confirmed at the time of booking with credit card details including expiry/start date, 3 digit security code and issue number if applicable.(This is not charged you pay when here.) We also need full name and address of the card holder and a contact telephone number. We request an arrival time and details of parking requirements and ask that check-in time is confirmed by telephone or email, if possible, a few days before arrival.

Cancellations and changes will be charged the first night . If the cancellation is less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 2 nights amount will be deducted. If the period is 2 days or less prior to arrival - the full amount will be deducted. No-shows (i.e. no cancellation given) will be charged for the full amount.

Major credit cards are accepted (except Amex and Diners). There is a 5% surcharge on credit 2% on debit cards to cover card fees.

We prefer checking in before 9pm if possible. On day of departure,rooms and car parking spaces to be vacated by 10.30am.
